Can you spot the lamb dinner?
From sheep. Used in clothing. Ram lambs and old “wool” sheep are slaughtered for their meat. - PETA
Can you spot the baby chicks?
More than 100 million male chicks are killed by the egg industry every year. In the egg industry, shortly after birth, male and female chicks are separated. The females head to a life in the egg industry and the males are either tossed into trash bags to suffocate or ground up while they are still alive. - PETA
Each Year billions of cows, pigs, chickens, and fish are killed in the U.S. for food. Most of them are crammed into filthy cages or other enclosures so small that they can't even turn around. Cow and pigs are castrated, pig's tails are chopped off, and chickens' sensitive beaks are cut short with a hot blade--all without any pain relief. Farmed fish spend their entire lives in filthy, crowded tanks, often suffering from parasitic infections, diseases and debilitating injures.
In the dairy industry cows are artificially inseminated every year using what farmers used to call a "rape rack", and their newborn calves are dragged away from them shortly after birth, which traumatizes both mother and baby--all this just so their milk can be sold for human consumption.
